Back when I was growing up in the eighties, my diet consisted of cooked breakfasts, featuring eggs and mushrooms fried to within an inch of their lives. Fruit was rarely on the menu, however now with some health and nutrition experts extolling the virtues of fruit and vegetables for the last decade, healthier eating has now popped up on my dietary radar. This infographic highlights 4 berries, Acai, Blueberry, Cranberry and Goji who as well as being tasty, may well offer some nutritional benefits. Now though I still enjoy a good fry up, I also enjoy a simple bowl of fruit or porridge sprinkled with berries.
